Retreat to Stone Sparrow, a secluded rustic-luxe cabin designed for rest, movement, and meaningful connection. Wake to layered mountain views, practice yoga or train in the private wellness loft, then restore in the sauna and soak in the hot tub beneath the trees.
Two King bedrooms, two baths, a fireside living room, new kitchen, and tranquil outdoor spaces welcome up to 4 guests. Dogs are part of the family and are welcome too.
Wrapped in trees on 1.5 private acres, Stone Sparrow blends warm woods with rich, calming shades of blue and green. The mood is grounded and polished and peaceful: a place to breathe more deeply, move with intention, and return to what matters.

The main level offers 2 serene king bedrooms with Smart TV, full bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining, and living area with gas fireplace.

🧘‍♀️MOVE
Upstairs, a private wellness loft with yoga equipment, free weights, treadmill, and rowing machine makes it easy to stretch, train, reset, and recharge. For the mind and soul, a selection of novels and games are provided to cozy up on a rainy day. An additional full bath with shower is located on this floor.

♨️RESTORE
Soak in the private hot tub while enjoying the mountain view or relax those muscles in the sauna after a day of exploring.

🌲RECONNECT
Share coffee on the front porch, grill dinner on the back deck, or gather around the wood burning fire pit with cozy string lights and the background of crickets. These tranquil outdoor spaces invite conversation, reflection, and unhurried time together.

♦️♦️♦️♦️ HOUSE RULES AND OTHER INFORMATION ♦️♦️♦️♦️

➡️Guests must sign a Hot Tub/Sauna waiver and Rental Agreement.

➡️PROPERTY USAGE
Use all furniture, appliances, home goods as intended.
No parties or large events. The community does have quiet hours from 10pm to 6am.
No smoking, vaping, or drugs on the property- including decks gazebo and driveway.
No illegal uses allowed.
No fireworks allowed on the property.

➡️MAXIMUM CAPACITY
4 humans and 3 dogs are allowed to stay overnight on the property.

➡️MINIMUM AGE
Must be 18+ to book this cabin.

➡️PETS
Up to 3 well behaved dogs allowed. ONLY DOGS allowed. Pet owners are to clean up after their pet. Feces outside should be disposed of in the doggy cans provided. If the pet gets soiled, please use the gray towels provided for cleaning. Please no pets in the Hot Tub (bad for the pups and bad for the filter). If there is evidence of animals in the tub or filter, the security deposit will be collected.

➡️BEAR & WILDLIFE
DO NOT FEED, interact or get close to bears or other wildlife. DO NOT LEAVE ANY OPEN FOOD OR TRASH on the decks, front porch, or cars.

➡️BUGS
In the Mountains, Asian Lady Beetles (looks like lady bugs), ants, spiders, and stink bugs often come into cabins to escape the cold during the fall and winter seasons. While our cleaner thoroughly vacuums and cleans after each reservation, you may still encounter them during your stay. Other unwelcome critters may also find their way into the home for these same reasons. Our cabin is treated monthly to prevent these critters, but we are IN THE WOODS so some critters may find their way in despite our best efforts.

➡️TRASH
All trash MUST BE BAGGED. Any trash found not bagged will incur a $50 fine from the sanitation office. Place trash in the bin next to the driveway. Trash pickup is weekly on THURSDAY. Do not allow trash to overflow.

➡️WEATHER
Although it is rare for snow to impact the roads, please plan accordingly by preparing food supplies and having all-wheel drive transportation during winter months. NO REFUNDS will be given for weather conditions. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your stay.

➡️UTILITY DISRUPTION
Electricity and/ or internet services may get interrupted during storms. These disruptions are rare, and services usually resume after a couple hours. While the house is on a well for water, the pump does depend on electricity so water availability can be affected as well.

➡️SECURITY DEPOSITS AND FEES
A REFUNDABLE security deposit of $200.00 is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay.
If there is evidence of smoking after your stay, a $500.00 smoke remediation fee will be charged.
If there is evidence of furniture being moved, a $100.00 moving fee will be charged.
Please scrape grill after use with tools provided. If left visibly dirty a $50.00 grill cleaning fee will be charged.

➡️CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
Linens: gather towels/ washcloths and place in the bathrooms. Spa towels can be left at the laundry. Leave beds unmade.
Dishes: load dishwasher and start the load. Collect any other dishes and place in the sink.
Trash: gather all trash and place in the bins provided.
Lock up and ensure all windows and doors are closed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-four percent (94.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-four percent (44.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-one percent (21.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
